چکیده
Abstract Aiming at the emergence of patients with outdoor cardiac arrest, to strive for more golden rescue time, a robot suitable arrest is proposed. Combined medical research on human thorax, dynamic model thorax established, kinematics and dynamics end effector mechanism are analyzed, simulated cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Adams software. The relationship between stroke, speed, acceleration, driving torque, time obtained. Second, formula theory Matlab difference theoretical torque simulation 5.2% 2.3% respectively. Finally, feasibility CPR operation preliminarily verified through experiments.

The Effect of Computer Simulation and Mannequin on Nursing Students’ Perception of Self-efficacy in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Introduction: Resuscitation self-efficacy is defined as a judgment of perceived capability to organize and execute the process of care during cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is believed to be an important factor in teaching vital nursing skills especially cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the impact of mannequin-based simulation and computer-based simul...
متن کاملComparison of Extracorporeal Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation with Conventional Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Is Extracorporeal Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Beneficial?
BACKGROUND With improvements in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques, the quality and the effectiveness of CPR have been established; nevertheless, the survival rate after cardiac arrest still remains poor. Recently, many reports have shown good outcomes in cases where extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) was used during prolonged CPR. Accordingly, we attempted to evaluate the i...
متن کاملCardiopulmonary resuscitation and ethics
The earliest documentation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) dates to the Old Testament, which describes how the prophet Elisha resuscitated an apparently dead child by blowing air into his mouth.(1) Modern CPR began in 1960 with the landmark study by Kouwenhoven, Jude, and Knickerbocker, which reported combining closed chest compression, mouth-to-mouth breathing, and external defibrillati...
متن کاملUse of a Metronome in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: A Simulation Study.
OBJECTIVE Determine whether the use of a metronome improves chest compression rate and depth during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a pediatric manikin. METHODS A prospective, simulation-based, crossover, randomized controlled trial was conducted. Participants included pediatric residents, fellows, nurses, and medical students who were randomly assigned to perform chest compressions on...
متن کاملComplications of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Aim. In 1960, Kouwenhoven observed that forceful chest compressions can produce arterial pulses. At following years cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) continually advanced. Right now experts at the International Guidelines 2000 Conference strongly recommended development of inschool CPR programs as a primary educational strategy to ensure wide-spread learning of CPR. Rib and sternum fractures ...
